Is there a lifetime warranty for Dansko footwear?

The lifetime warranty rumor has been around for several years. Dansko does not have a lifetime warranty,they do guarantee their footwear from manufacturers defects within a reasonable amount of time and wear. Normal or abnormal and tear is not considered a manufacturers defect. If you believe there is a defect with the material or workmanship, please contact us about returning or replacing your shoes.

What is your check writing policy?

Customer must have a Danform Shoe account on file (name, address, phone). You must have written a check with us in the last 5 years to qualify. If writing a check with Danform Shoes for the first time the issuing bank will be called to verify funds are available. No out of state or starter checks will be accepted. Checks of $150 or less are accepted.

Why do we ask for your phone number when making a purchase?

For a record of sale. This gives us the ability to look up your account and you do not have to provide a receipt if you do a return within the allocated 10 days.
