Does Danform Price Match?
Yes, We will “internet” price match.
Stop into any of our stores and show a manager the exact same item, size needed and color placed in a qualifying internet shopping cart while in one of our locations and Danform Shoes will match the price. Note: We will only accept real time price comparison, the website must be a legitimate site, no auction sites, individual sellers or membership sites. Any shipping costs will be figured into the price of the item should they apply. Websites we will price match; Amazon and Amazon verified sellers, Zappos, ShoeBuy, 6pm, Direct vendor emails, and vendor websites. A manager has the right to verify the site and legitimacy of the item in question.
Can I buy a Danform Gift Cards Online?
We do not have an online store set up at this time. If you have a record of purchasing from us then we would be happy to process a gift card over the phone. The best way to buy a Danform Gift Card is to stop into any one of our stores. Plus, you can get a new pair of shoes for yourself at the same time!
What is your return policy?
We understand that offering good service means allowing you to change your mind about a purchase, so we try our best to provide options to ensure your satisfaction.
It’s one of the reasons we do not sell online – so we can make sure you are properly fitted and comfortable with your purchase before you leave.
• All returns must have a sales receipt or be in our computer system.
• All unworn merchandise must be returned in the original box or a $5 re-boxing fee with be assessed.
• All unworn items that are returned within 10 days of purchase date are eligible for a full credit.
• All items returned after 10 days or up to 30 days will receive a store credit or exchange.
Any items returned after 30 days of purchase need a manager’s approval. Credit is applied at the manager’s discretion. All SALE ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDERS and LAYAWAYS are FINAL SALES. Danform Shoes will consult with shoe companies if a pair of shoes appears to be defective and was purchase from one of our stores. Managers will evaluate and replace defective merchandise at their own discretion.

Do all your stores carry the same merchandise?
Yes, or rather we can get you any shoe we carry at any of our stores.
Our inventory does vary slightly from store to store but if you know that one store carries a boot that you like, we can transfer it to another location for you to try on. We do transfers between our stores 2 times a week and our inventory systems are linked so we can look up whether a store has a shoe you want in stock.
Will you order any shoe for me?
Yes, we will order a specific shoe only in most brands that we currently carry.
A service fee of 10% of the shoe price is taken for processing the order. If you purchase the shoe, this is deducted from the purchase price. If you choose to not take the shoe, we keep the 10% for shipping costs back to the company.
Are your shoes priced the same at all your locations?
Yes, all our shoes are priced the same at our locations which share the same inventory system – same inventory-same prices.
What if I get home and don’t want these shoes anymore?
Our return policy on any unworn items returned in their original box is 10 days from your purchase.

What are your store hours?
Our store hours are listed on the website. Some are open later in the summer months and during the holiday season.

Why should I have my foot measured?
Feet change with time, and a properly fitted shoe can make all the difference.
Our fit specialists will measure your feet in more ways than just length and width. We can measure pressure points and suggest a better-fitting shoe to ease prior discomfort.
Is there a lifetime warranty for Dansko footwear?
The lifetime warranty rumor has been around for several years.
Dansko does not have a lifetime warranty, they do guarantee their footwear from manufacturers defects within a reasonable amount of time and wear. Normal or abnormal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturers’ defect. If you believe there is a defect with the material or workmanship, please contact us about returning or replacing your shoes.
What is your check writing policy?
Customer must have a Danform Shoe account on file (name, address, phone).
You must have written a check with us in the last 5 years to qualify. Checks of $150 or less are accepted with a valid drivers licence.
Why do we ask for your phone number when making a purchase?
For a record of sale. This gives us the ability to look up your account and you do not have to provide a receipt if you do a return within the allocated 10 days.
What is Your Layaway Policy?
A minimum of 20% must be placed as a deposit for an item/items to be put on layaway.
This deposit is non-refundable. Payment must be made at least once a month on the remaining balance. Maximum time period for a layaway is 3 month (90 days) from the date of the original transaction. If a layaway is cancelled or not picked up, the deposit is non-refundable, but the payments made after the deposit can be credited back to the customer via a store credit in the form of a Danform Gift Card.
